1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Lisan, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Lisan is an app to learn Arabic and read the Quran, based on the Nouraniya method, with a listenable alphabet, letter tracing, exercises, practice games, themed vocabulary and progress tracking.
3. User Account
Using Lisan may require creating a profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for activity on your account.
4. Premium Subscription
- Lisan offers a Premium subscription unlocking the full learning path, games and vocabulary.
- Billing is handled by the Apple App Store.
- The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The annual plan may include a free trial; you can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Subscription management and cancellation are done in your App Store account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All content (text, illustrations, audio, code, the Lisan brand) is protected. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use
- Use the app legally and for personal purposes.
- Do not bypass security measures.
- Do not share or resell your subscription.
- Do not copy or redistribute the app's content.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lisan is provided "as is". We strive for quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Changes
We may update features and these terms. Significant changes will be communicated.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
